Our company sponsored 401(k) plan helps you save for retirement on a pre-tax or Roth basis. Employees are always eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan and we will invest in your future with employer matching contributions.
We offer a choice of medical options to fit your individual needs and situations. We offer three medical plans nationally and HMOs in select locations. Options for dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts round out the coverage choices to keep you happy and healthy.
We provide life insurance equal to 1.5 times your annual salary, up to $500,000, at no cost to you. Coverage is also available for your spouse, domestic partner, and/or your children. We also offer short and long term disability plans that replace up to 60% of your lost income at no cost to you in case of accident or injury.

We have 10 holidays every year + one floating holiday to use whenever!
No Policy on Dress Code
We have no formal dress code policy here at Match. Take your cues from your fellow co-workers and manager, but if you’re more comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, go for it.
Commuter and Parking Subsidy
However you commute into work, we can take the sting out of it with a subsidy and ways to purchase your mass transit or parking passes pre-tax.
Need a break? We have multiple game stations throughout the building including Ping Pong, Rock Band, Wii, Pool, Foosball and the occasional Nerf Dart War.
Employees enjoy discounted monthly dues and no enrollment fees for select fitness facilities. We also provide free weekly yoga classes in the building!
We love treats, which is why we partner with local businesses and online retailers to give employees discounts on loads of merchandise, amenities and day-to-day services you use the most. We are constantly adding to our treats which include local restaurants, on-site dry cleaning, computers, mobile phones and gift items.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Every employee is eligible for up to $5,000 worth of tuition reimbursement per year. You’re investing your time with us, and we’re proud to return the favor.
Employee Referral Program
Refer a qualified candidate to us. If your referral is hired, the company will pay you a bonus for their hire! Not a bad deal for just a little contact list perusing.
Fresh fruit, cereal bar, healthy snacks dispensers, yogurt, drinks, tea and coffee (brewed by-the-cup) are always available to employees. Every Friday is bagel Friday!
